Our Burlingame office, conveniently located near San Francisco International Airport, is expanding, and we are looking for a serious, motivated, and dependable individual to join one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams in the United States. This is an opportunity to join the #1 Coldwell Banker Commercial sales team in the United States. The successful candidate will receive hands-on exposure to multiple areas of commercial real estate, including: Marketing commercial properties for sale and lease Commercial real estate research and market analysis Property and investment analysis Preparing and entering information into computer systems Telephone and business development outreach Tracking commercial real estate trends and market activity Assisting with presentations, reports, and other brokerage activities General administrative and organizational support This position provides valuable first-hand experience working in the commercial real estate industry, including opportunities to interact with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and other professionals.
