Job Description

Coldwell Banker Commercial is one of the largest real estate companies in the world. We have over 4,000 agents in the United States and the company has been doing business for almost 100 years. Our office in Burlingame, California near the San Francisco International Airport currently is expanding and looking for a dynamic individual to be part of one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams in the United States. The position includes learning the following responsibilities: marketing of commercial property for sale and lease, commercial appraisal, market research, investment analysis, computer entry, telephone solicitation, and tracking real estate trends. This employment opportunity affords first-hand knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, meet and work with high net worth entrepreneurs and acquire business presentation skills. We are looking for an individual who possesses determination, persistence, dedication, ambition, organization, and good work habits. Compensation would be $20 per hour. A real estate license is not required but is encouraged. Prospective applicants should email a resume.
