AMLI Residential is looking for a dynamic Multi-Site L easing Consultant with strong sales skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service. In this role, you'll handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at our 2 apartment communities in Camarillo, while building strong, service-focused relationships with our residents. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your marketing skills by planning resident events and driving community engagement.

What You'll Do:

Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize property occupancy Generate leads, qualify prospects, and lease apartments Prepare lease documentation and facilitate a seamless move-in process Plan and host resident events to foster community Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Compensation & Benefits:

What We're Looking For:

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people Experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service, or leasing (a plus but not required) High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus Monday and Saturday availability required (We are closed on Sundays!)
