Job Description
Rocklin-based Property Management Company is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic, professional team at a 138-unit apartment community. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, motivated, and proactive — someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests. As a Leasing Consultant , you are the primary point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Your role is to effectively market the property, maintain high occupancy levels, and ensure resident satisfaction. You'll handle a variety of daily tasks including greeting guests, conducting tours, managing lease agreements, and supporting resident relations. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits Prepare and process lease applications and renewals Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks and resident communications Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with AppFolio or other property management software preferred Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday (40 hours per week) Must be able to work weekends Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure At least 2 years of experience Must be comfortable managing property social media platforms Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English Must pass a background investigation Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in multi-family property management Strong phone and online research skills
