We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients grow their businesses—not someone who simply closes a sale and moves on. If you enjoy sales, account management, and consulting with clients, this is an excellent opportunity. Position Summary As a Sales & Account Manager, you will own the client relationship from the first conversation through repeat campaigns. You'll guide investors on the best marketing strategy, convert new opportunities into customers, proactively follow up after campaigns, and help clients continue mailing consistently. Success comes from building long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. What You'll Do Respond to inbound leads, phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries Consult with clients to recommend the best mailing strategy based on their goals Educate clients on our products, pricing, and campaign options Convert prospects into first-time customers Follow up after campaigns to encourage repeat orders Re-engage inactive clients and help restart their marketing Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers and previous clients Maintain an organized sales pipeline with clear next steps and follow-up dates Collaborate with production, design, and customer support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience Build long-term relationships that generate recurring business Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: New client conversions First-time orders generated Repeat campaigns booked Revenue growth from assigned accounts Reactivated inactive clients Consistent outbound outreach CRM accuracy and follow-up completion Overall client satisfaction What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales, account management, customer success, or business development experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously Consultative sales mindset focused on solving problems Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Experience using CRM software is a plus This is a sales role. While you'll manage existing client relationships, you'll also be expected to proactively generate business through outbound calls, follow-up, and reactivating past clients. The ideal candidate enjoys both building relationships and asking for the sale.
