Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented professional with a background in hospitality, hotels, guest services, or luxury customer service to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has exceptional attention to detail. Weekend availability is essential, as Saturdays and Sundays are required workdays . Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, guests, and prospective clients Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries Coordinate property-related requests and communicate with vendors and service providers Answer phones, emails, and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks Help ensure properties are guest-ready and maintain high presentation standards Support the team with various office and hospitality-related duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, concierge services, guest relations, or luxury customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills Local knowledge of Coronado and the surrounding area is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay of $20 per hour Flexible part-time schedule (3-4 days per week) Opportunity to work in a beautiful coastal environment Supportive and collaborative team atmosphere If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating exceptional experiences for others, we'd love to hear from you!
