Responsibilities Assist with the daily management of residential rental properties short term and long term management. Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs. Schedule vendors, inspections, cleanings, and other property services. Show available property to prospective tenants. Assist with leases, notices, move-ins, and move-outs. Provide general administrative and office support. Qualifications Property management, real estate, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and follow through. Computer proficient; Yardi experience a plus . California real estate license required.

Part-Time:

Approximately 15-25 hours per week
