A top-producing luxury real estate team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Field Operations Assistant to support the preparation, presentation, and day-to-day management of its listings. With an average of 50-60 homes listed annually, this role is essential to ensuring each property is presented at its best and every listing runs seamlessly, helping clients navigate some of the biggest transitions of their lives. What you'll do Property Operations & Showings You will : Accommodate vendor access and oversee appointments, inspections, repairs, and showings. Open and close properties, ensuring each home is presentable, secure, and ready for visitors. Conduct routine property checks and promptly report maintenance, security, or property concerns. Provide clear updates to clients, homeowners, and the internal team. Media & Listing Preparation You will : Prepare homes for photography and videography by arranging staging items, turning on lights, cleaning surfaces, sweeping, leaf blowing, skimming pools, etc. Make last-minute adjustments requested by the lead agent or listing manager. Transport, place, and remove furniture, props, signs, and other staging materials. Hands-On Property Support You will : Complete light maintenance and minor repairs, including watering plants, refilling flyer boxes, cleaning signs, changing light bulbs, replacing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and using basic tools. Install and remove lockboxes, manage keys and access materials, and maintain organized inventories. Assemble, place, update, and remove property and open house signs (training provided). Run errands for keys, plants, hardware, and other property supplies. Lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with a trained partner. (PPE will be provided and replaced if requested). Use your personal vehicle for property visits and errands (mileage reimbursement provided), and a company vehicle when transporting larger items.

Concierge-Level Service You will:

Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, above-and-beyond support. Handle last-minute requests, shifting priorities, and on-site problems with calm judgment. Represent the team with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and attention to detail. Log completed tasks and updates in the team's task-management platform at the end of each day. What you'll bring: Previous experience in a service-oriented or hands-on role. Strong backgrounds may include real estate, hospitality, restaurants, property management, construction, interior design/staging, production or film-set work, event operations, or task-based service work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail. The ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team. An eye for presentation, design, and the details that help a home show well. Additional language skills, trade experience, a California real estate license, or previous experience working inside residential properties are considered a plus.

Requirements:

A willingness to obtain an active California real estate license if you do not already have one. A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort driving between properties and completing errands. The physical ability to complete active property tasks and lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with a trained partner. The ability to pass a background check.
