Stand and Greet Always Touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, and call backs.- Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.
- Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
- Receive rental payments move in/move out paperwork, rent charges.
REQUIRMENTS
- At least 6-12 months previous property management experience or related industry with Yardi exp.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
