Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Lead follow-up Commercial lead generation Real estate sales Database campaigns Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals Set and execute appointments Close sales Sales script mastery

Qualifications:
