Job Description

For CA agents who love real estate investing and want more listings, not just buyers. We hand you monthly face-to-face appointments with homeowners, tired landlords, and accidental landlords, so you can build a listing- and investor-focused business instead of chasing random internet buyer leads.
You either:
Have an active California real estate license, or Are currently enrolled in California real estate licensing courses and serious about working in real estate full-time or near full-time. If you're the person who binge-watches investing and construction content and wants real conversations with owners and landlords, this Investment Partner role is built for you. What you'll do as an Investment Partner Meet with homeowners, tired landlords, and accidental landlords from our inbound opportunities. List and sell residential real estate Present options: sell, rent, or build an investment portfolio with C&C Property Management. Prepare market analyses and walk clients through basic real estate and investment concepts. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts for buyers and sellers. Work the leads and appointments we generate and turn them into long-term clients. What we provide Monthly, tangible showing and appointment leads with live consumers (often same day). Inbound conversations and face-to-face appointments with landlords and investor-type clients. A clear path to move from "mostly buyers" to a listing- and investor-focused business. Training, mentorship & support 4-week ramp, starting with a 2-week intensive bootcamp from day one. Ongoing weekly team huddles and live virtual training. Hands-on mentorship and a dedicated onboarding / client success contact to help you plug into our systems fast. Who this is not for You have not started your CA real estate licensing coursework. You want a purely passive role or "just to hang a license" and disappear. Compensation & details
