The Role We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Sales/Leasing Associate to generate new business, cultivate lasting client relationships, and close transactions. This is a sales-focused role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building a pipeline, and creating opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship development. The ideal candidate is competitive, persistent, self-directed, and eager to grow within an entrepreneurial brokerage. Core Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants, property owners, buyers, and sellers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Generate new listing and representation opportunities through market research and direct prospecting. Conduct property and market research to identify opportunities aligned with clients' business and investment objectives. Prepare and deliver pitches, property evaluations, market analyses, and client presentations. Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the strategic and financial advantages of each opportunity. Negotiate letters of intent, lease terms, and purchase agreements. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and consistently meet prospecting, business-development, and revenue goals. Represent Found at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Active or pursuing California Real Estate Salesperson license. Demonstrated success in sales, business development, commercial real estate, or a related client-facing field. Strong prospecting skills and a willingness to consistently cold call and pursue new relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative, accountability, and resilience. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build credibility and lasting relationships with sophisticated clients. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Los Angeles commercial real estate market is preferred. What We Offer Above-industry-standard commission splits.
