We are seeking a motivated, energetic Leasing Agent who enjoys working with people and is interested in building a career in property management. Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a leasing agent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive resident concerns with empathy Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with property management software (Yardi) is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus Bilingual a plus Must be able to work Sundays as part of the regular schedule
Leasing Support:
Greet and tour prospective residents and answer questions about the community Assist with application processing, lease preparation, and renewals Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and prospect communications Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy and meet leasing goals
Resident Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with a positive and professional attitude Handle resident communications in person, via phone, and email in a timely and courteous manner Coordinate maintenance service requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction Mediate and resolve resident concerns, escalating to property management as needed Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and transfer processes Help plan and execute resident events, programs, and community initiatives Support efforts to improve resident retention and foster a sense of community Manage/Organize mail room/packages (must be able to lift and sort packages).
