Job Responsibilities:
- Tour property and lease apartments to future residents
- Maintain clean and organized work station
- Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information
- Other tasks or duties as assigned by management, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as an apartment leasing specialist
- Computer savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant software applications such as Yardi, OneSite, MRI, AMSI, Yieldstar (always a plus)
