Showing Agent & Turnover Inspector DOMA Luxe Properties Livermore, CA Job Details Part-time $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Qualifications Real Estate License Driving Customer relationship management Prospecting Stocking Negotiation Full Job Description You will report directly to the Founder, collaborate with Ella, Vanessa and our operations team and your normal working hours are expected to be 9 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexible. Hours will fluctuate based on timing needs for turnover inspections and showings, and can be flexible based on your scheduling preferences and the clients needs. Cover weekends as needed for showings and turnovers, 5-10 hours a week to start as a 1099 independent contractor. This job is very flexible~ most times there are a few day windows when tasks need to be completed. We'd like you to be available and assist us in a timely manner.

• Complete inventory checklist for new co-hosting properties and ensuring we obtain on-boarding information from owner and assisting as needed
• Conduct all move-out inspections, checking inventory, checking for damages, the quality of the cleaning, and restocking for each turnover (Sacramento/Elk Grove, Stockton/Manteca)
• Assisting with appfolio set up and leading the team to efficiently utilize the platform
• Utilize monday (our CRM) to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for David and for property owners on items to explain invoices, maintenance updates, etc.
• Assist with performing quarterly property visits to ensure HVAC filters are changed, fire extinguisher and first aid kit intact, and smoke detectors are functional.
• Meet prospective guests in person to tour properties and maximize rental revenue by negotiating and successfully booking leads.
• Ensuring a smooth check in and check out for each guest and being available to troubleshoot access if needed. To collaborate with operations team on this.
• Work closely with the operations team and assist each other as needed when volume increases.
• Ability to cover areas of San Francisco and East Bay Area (as east as Elk Grove/Modesto) for turnovers and showings.

Compensation package:

• $30 per hour to start as a 1099 contractor
• Mileage reimbursement for driving and compensation for drive time will be provided
