Red Tail Residential is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Arrive Rancho Belago. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences while helping achieve the community's leasing and occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is sales driven, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding service throughout every state of the leasing process, from the initial tour through move-in and resident retention. This position manages the leasing process, supports daily office operations, maintains accurate leasing records, and helps ensure the community achieves occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents, providing professional and informative community tours. Explain lease terms, pricing, amenities, and community policies. Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident documentation accurately. Maintain resident files and update unit availability in property management software. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests. Assist with rent collections and administrative office duties. Build positive relationships with residents while delivering excellent customer service. Support marketing and leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) year of leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related experience preferred. Previous multifamily property management experience is a plus. Technical Skills Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with property management software preferred, including: Yardi Entrata Voyager CRM platforms Resident Check (preferred) Core Skills Customer Service Excellence Sales & Leasing Skills Communication and Interpersonal Skills Resident Relations Organization and Time Management Problem Solving Administrative Accuracy Lease Administration Fair Housing Compliance Teamwork and Collaboration Professionalism and Integrity Physical Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Use computers, phones, and other standard office equipment for extended periods. Occasionally climb stairs and walk throughout the property. Ability to detect visual and auditory alarms. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
