We are looking for someone who is energetic, professional, personable, analytical, and customer service-oriented leader. As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew residential apartment leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents, touring the property and following up with prospective residents, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary:
$20 - $24 hourly plus bonuses, will work weekends Paid vacation, sick time, various Holidays, and Birthday paid off
Responsibilities:
Lease apartments by phone, through onsite presentations, and offsite marketing. Review and complete the application and lease documents. Prepare Community/Common Areas, on-show apartments, and Rental offices daily prior to open of business. Oversees, in conjunction with the Community Manager, day-to-day financials, sales, marketing, maintenance, and administrative operations of the community. Completes accounting responsibilities including collections, and timely processing of Deposit Accounting. Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, and corporate departments. Consistently leads by example, monitoring tasks performed by staff, delegates work, and provides performance coaching when necessary. Helps ensure that associates comply with time management policies including meal and rest periods. Additional tasks as assigned by the
Manager or Assistant Manager Requirements:
Reliable transportation (position may require travel to sister properties) Proven organizational and time management skills Must be adaptable to changing priorities, as assignments can be altered both at the Community and Regional level Must be an energized self-starter that can complete assigned duties with some level of autonomy Must comply with all company policies and initiatives, bringing attention to the Resident Manager any discrepancies in these areas where appropriate. Must be computer literate. Must have strong English speaking and writing skills. The position is full-time. Weekends required and occasional evening hours.
