This is a part-time position for office hours only on Saturdays. The ideal candidate is punctual, hardworking, organized, self-motivated, technologically savvy with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Being the main point of contact on Saturdays for prospective and existing tenants. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and messaging. Preparing and conducting property tours. Basic understanding of property maintenance concepts for scheduling maintenance requests and addressing concerns from existing residents. Ability to ascend and descend stairs to distribute flyers to upper-level apartments. Help with office filing and organizing. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Conducting regular property inspections to identify potential issues. Reporting any problems or issues to the Property Manager. Understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions. Prefer 1+ year leasing agent, consultant, or similar experience.

Preferred:

experience with Appfolio, Yardi or similar property management software. Reliability and punctuality are a must.
