This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is ideal for college students, aspiring content creators, marketing students, or anyone interested in real estate and social media. Professional videography experience is not required—a modern smartphone with a good camera is sufficient. What You'll Do Visit newly listed homes throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas Film short vertical videos of properties for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media Capture attractive footage of the interior, exterior, and key features of each property Occasionally capture photos or footage of the surrounding neighborhood Follow simple filming instructions and shot lists Upload completed footage promptly Potentially film multiple nearby properties during the same trip No editing required! Compensation $20 per property filmed. Because multiple properties can often be filmed within a short period of time, compensation may equate to approximately $20-$60 per hour of filming, depending on assignment density and efficiency. Additional compensation may be provided for assignments requiring longer travel.

Performance Bonus:

You will also earn a $500+ bonus when a property you helped market contributes to a successfully closed transaction. Exceptional performance and contributions may qualify for larger bonuses. (Depending on commissions generated this likely will increase to $1,000). Schedule This position is extremely flexible. Assignments will be offered as properties become available, and you can accept assignments based on your availability. This can work especially well around a college schedule, another part-time job, freelance work, or other employment. Operating Area Assignments will primarily be throughout the San Fernando Valley and nearby communities, including areas such as: Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, West Hills, Tarzana, Reseda, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Calabasas, and surrounding areas. Requirements Reliable transportation Smartphone with a good-quality camera Ability to travel to properties throughout the area Reliable and punctual Good communication Basic understanding of video framing or willingness to learn Ability to follow simple filming instructions Ability to upload content promptly after assignments Ideal Candidate I'm especially interested in candidates who: Are interested in real estate, marketing, social media, photography, or videography Want hands-on experience creating social media content Are dependable and able to work independently Have a flexible schedule Pay attention to detail Are comfortable learning a simple repeatable filming process No professional camera equipment or professional videography experience is required.
