Leasing Consultant - Redwood City and Multiple Locations

Position Summary:

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at three of our apartment communities (543 -units total) located in Redwood City (34%), San Mateo (33%), and Daly City (33%), California . The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Job Duties:

Strong leasing and marketing efforts Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI) Provide excellent customer service to residents Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

Job Requirements:

At least one year of multi-family leasing experience Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate with good organizational skills Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline

Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
