Your proactive approach will ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry through lease signing, contributing to the vibrant community we cultivate. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales, administrative, and property management skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents warmly and conduct engaging property tours to showcase available units and amenities. Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prepare and review lease or rental agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lease documentation, and property availability using property management tools. Assist with marketing efforts for prospective tenants. Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready and address any resident concerns promptly. Stay informed about fair housing regulations, Section 8 programs, LIHTC guidelines, and landlord-tenant law to ensure all leasing activities adhere to legal requirements. Assign and document work service requests for maintenance staff Assist in collections for unpaid rent Qualifications Proven experience in property leasing, real estate administration, or customer service within a property management setting. Familiarity with property management software such as Google documents. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client relationship management abilities. Demonstrated conflict management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in office administration tasks including data entry, filing, contracts management, and general clerical duties. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service.
