Commission only — you'll earn 0.5%-1.5% of the sale price on any deal you source. On a typical multifamily deal, that can be $5,000-$20,000+. No experience needed, license preferred. I will teach you how to value and sell properties — cap rates, GRMs, what qualifies for what loans, how the escrow process works. The more you call, the more you'll learn and the more you'll make. Hours flexible M-F. Any sales experience is a plus. Ideal for a college student or recent grad interested in learning about investment properties and getting hands on experience.
