  • Full-time We are a rapidly expanding fast-casual Japanese restaurant brand seeking a full-time real estate acquisitions manager.
You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Compensation:
$115,000
  • $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to quickly build relationships with national and regional developers 3 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Negotiating and deal-making are your passions, and you are intrinsically motivated to succeed 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience highly desired About Company Founded in 2008, Onigilly began with a single food cart and a mission to make "onigiri," Japan's soul food, a part of America's everyday diet.
