In this role, you will lead engaging and motivating barre classes that blend elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire participants to push their limits while ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for fitness, dance, and movement with a vibrant community eager to improve their health and well-being. Duties Lead lively and well-structured barre classes that incorporate body mechanics, physiology principles, and proper anatomy techniques Design diverse program routines that cater to all fitness levels, integrating skills such as Pilates, yoga, cycling, and group fitness methods Demonstrate correct body alignment and movement techniques to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury Motivate participants through energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and clear instruction Maintain a safe class environment by monitoring form and providing modifications as needed Promote class attendance and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community engagement Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness training, including CrossFit, sports coaching, and health club practices Requirements Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes or personal training with a focus on dance-based or low-impact workouts like Pilates or yoga Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology, and program design tailored for diverse populations Familiarity with disciplines such as kickboxing, cycling, CrossFit, or sports coaching is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct clearly and motivate effectively Ability to demonstrate proper technique while maintaining high energy levels throughout classes Certification in group fitness instruction or related fields preferred; relevant certifications include Pilates instructor certification or yoga teaching credentials Passion for health, wellness, dancing, and helping others achieve their fitness aspirations Join us in creating an inspiring environment where movement meets motivation!
