THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION EFFECTIVE UNTIL 12/31/26
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone lines and answer any questions from prospective and current tenants
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials
- Assist in processing rental applications
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work in the United States
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals and handle difficult situations with professionalism As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining tenants for our properties.
