Job Description
The Leasing Representative is responsible for supporting commercial leasing activities by engaging with prospective and current tenants, guiding site selection, and executing lease agreements. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy, revenue growth, and positive tenant experiences across the property portfolio. Duties & Responsibilities Respond to tenant and prospect inquiries and conduct property tours Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements Address tenant concerns and coordinate renewals and extensions Prepare leasing activity and occupancy reports Collaborate with property management and marketing teams Education & Training Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Training in lease negotiation and tenant relations preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer focused approach with excellent interpersonal abilities Working knowledge of leasing processes and documentation Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency with CRM and lease management systems
