Office/Leasing Agent for a Apartment Community in the Denver Metro area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this. Requirements .

BILINGUAL

in Spanish and English Prior leasing experience is required Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
