Multi-Site Leasing Consultant

Experience in our industry is preferred, but the customer service industry experience is a plus. The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service and sales ability. • $22 - $26 per hour ($45,760 to $54,080 per year).

Responsibilities include:

Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments Providing property tours Closing and processing rental applications Preparing resident's leases and assisting with move-in coordination Assist the community manager in the day-to-day operation of the community May fill in at other communities as needed

Requirements:

Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Excellent customer service and sales skills Computer skills and property management software experience are a plus Must be available to work Saturdays Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance Bi-lingual Preferred
