Assists applicant with the application process, both tax credit/affordable and conventional.

Creates and updates waitlistCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property ManagerEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.

Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residentsQualificationsOne year of leasing experience minimum.
  • RequiredStrong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.
  • RequiredKnowledge of Property Management software: Yardi
  • PreferredBilingual (English and Spanish)
