We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to join our land wholesaling team. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to "get into real estate." We are looking for someone who is already wired for sales

You will:
Speak directly with landowners through calls and follow-up Build rapport and uncover seller motivation, timelines, and price expectations Negotiate purchase price and contract terms Handle objections and difficult conversations in real time Get land deals under contract at a basis that creates a strong wholesale opportunity Research and validate comparable sales and market values Work with brokers, agents, developers, investors, neighboring owners, and local contacts to gather market intelligence Determine who the likely end buyer is and what they will realistically pay Help identify qualified buyers for contracted properties Understand and protect the spread between our contract price and end-buyer value Manage opportunities from the first seller conversation through contract and disposition Own your pipeline, follow up consistently, and keep deals moving Who We Want We are looking for top-tier sales talent . You should be the kind of person who: Speaks English and Spanish fluently- mandatory Is extremely confident on the phone Knows how to build rapport quickly Loves negotiating and closing Can handle objections without getting rattled Is comfortable discussing large dollar amounts Knows how to ask for the deal Is competitive and motivated by measurable results Doesn't get discouraged by rejection Follows up relentlessly Takes coaching and implements it Is organized and disciplined with a CRM Takes ownership of results instead of making excuses Wants their income tied to their performance You do not need to be a land expert on day one.

Income Potential This role is designed for someone who wants their compensation tied to their ability to produce. For a high performer who learns our system and executes consistently, there is potential to earn over six figures in the first year and multiple six figures in year two and beyond. This is earning potential, not guaranteed compensation . Results depend on individual performance, deals closed, and the applicable compensation structure. We are looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity- not a risk.
Pay:
