If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional resident service, and helping prospective residents find their next home, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities
Assist residents and prospective tenants in both English and Spanish
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
Process rental applications, lease renewals, notices, and resident documentation
Maintain accurate resident records and organized files
Follow up with leads and support community marketing efforts
Deliver outstanding customer service and resident support
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience with property management software is a plus
