Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Leasing Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. Inspect apartment inventory to ensure units are clean and move-in ready. Answer incoming calls and assist prospects, residents, and vendors professionally. Greet prospective residents, identify their needs, conduct property tours, and close leases. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity. Assist with marketing initiatives and resident retention programs. Conduct outreach marketing to generate new leads and increase traffic. Administrative Duties Process rental applications and complete applicant verifications. Prepare leases and all related documentation accurately. Accept rent payments and security deposits. Maintain prospect records and follow-up communications. Track daily phone and walk-in traffic. Organize, file, and upload leases, reports, and required paperwork. Assist with weekly reports, market surveys, and other administrative tasks. Attend company meetings and training sessions. Property Operations Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance concerns. Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community. Escort vendors and contractors when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of leasing experience (required). Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required). Strong sales, closing, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer proficiency. Valid driver's license (required). Reliable vehicle (required). Work Schedule Full-time position. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays as needed. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus commissions. Earn $50 per apartment leased . Performance bonuses and incentives. $500 bonus after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
