The Wells Group of Durango Real Estate Brokerage- Durango, CO The Wells Group of Durango is a well-established real estate brokerage seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Personal Assistant & Transaction Coordinator to support 2 high-producing real estate agents. Key Responsibilities Personal Assistant Duties Manage the agent's calendar, schedule showings, appointments, and meetings Screen and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the agent Prepare listing presentations, CMA reports, buyer packets, and marketing materials Coordinate open houses, photography sessions, staging, and vendor appointments Maintain and update CRM database Handle administrative tasks as needed Research properties, neighborhoods, market trends, and comparable sales Order and track sign installations, lockboxes, and listing supplies Transaction Coordinator Duties Open and manage transaction files from executed contract through closing Prepare, review, and distribute all transaction documents and disclosures Track all contingency deadlines and ensure timely completion of contract milestones Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow/title, inspectors, and agents Order inspections, appraisals, and title/escrow services; track status of each Ensure all compliance documents are complete, signed, and submitted to the brokerage Maintain an organized transaction management system Send regular status updates to clients and all parties throughout the transaction Attend or coordinate final walk-throughs and closing appointments as needed
Post-closing:
send client gifts, request reviews, and archive completed files Qualifications 2+ years of experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or executive assistance Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Familiar with real estate transaction platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet when handling sensitive client and financial information Preferred Qualifications Active real estate license Experience with CRM platforms Familiarity with MLS systems Background in title, escrow, mortgage, or lending industries Experience supporting a high-volume agent or real estate team Compensation & Benefits This is a full time in person postion, 40 hour per week, in office only. $24 - $29 Per hour plus commission Benefits include PTO and retirement plan
