This role is critical in driving occupancy through proactive leasing efforts, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a strong first impression for prospective residents. Present the property and its amenities in a positive and professional manner to prospective tenants 2. Advertise available units across various media and marketing platforms 3. Assess the needs and housing requirements of prospective tenants 4. Process rental applications, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms 5. Serve as a liaison between tenants, corporate staff, property owners, and regulatory agencies 6. Stay informed on housing industry trends and local market conditions 7. Support maintenance operations by issuing work orders, conducting periodic inspections, and scheduling service appointments 8. Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Demands 1. Ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, run, and climb stairs 2. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions 3. Ability to remain in a typical office setting for extended periods 4. Ability to work on short notice based on business needs Qualifications 1. Previous experience in property management is a plus 2. Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices preferred 3. Familiarity with Fair Credit and Equal Housing regulations is a plus Benefits 1.
