You will play a key role in coordinating property tours, building client rapport, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. Duties Assist lead agent by conducting property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions to enhance client experience Coordinate schedules with clients, agents, and property owners to ensure smooth and timely showings Gather feedback from clients after showings to inform sales strategies and improve service quality Support marketing efforts by promoting listings through social media, online platforms, and community outreach Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, industry regulations including Fair Housing laws, and current industry best practices Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and transaction progress Help manage real estate administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing appointments, and organizing property information Experience Previous experience in real estate sales or administrative roles within the industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate deal closing processes effectively Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple showings and client schedules efficiently Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, market analysis techniques, and industry trends is highly desirable Proven customer service experience with a focus on building client rapport and managing client relationships effectively This role offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm for real estate can flourish. Pay:
