Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our property management team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in apartment leasing, sales, resident relations, and lead conversion. This position is responsible for creating an exceptional prospect and resident experience while helping achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities to include:

•Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads. Conduct professional property tours and effectively present amenities, floor plans, and community features. Follow up with prospective residents and convert qualified leads into leases. Process rental applications and assist prospects throughout the leasing process. Prepare and execute accurate leases and related documentation. Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in the property management software system. Assist with renewals, resident retention, and resident communication. Be knowledgeable of current availability, pricing, specials, and community amenities. Support property marketing and outreach efforts. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized leasing office. Follow all applicable Fair Housing laws, company policies, and property procedures. Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to provide excellent resident service. Meet or exceed established leasing and occupancy goals.

Qualifications:

2+ years of leasing/property management. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to sell and close leases. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Comfortable using computers, email, and property management software. Knowledge of Fair Housing/current Colorado Rental Laws. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
