Summary You got your real estate license because you wanted to sell real estate — not spend all day wondering where your next client will come from. Hudson Stonegate Team is looking for a licensed Associate Buyer Agent to work alongside our experienced agents and help serve active buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area. This role is built for an agent who wants more opportunities, more experience, and more time actually practicing real estate. You'll spend much of your time in the field touring homes with buyers, assisting with inspections and walkthroughs, supporting our agents, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience. For the right person, this can become either a great long-term role or a pathway toward becoming a full Buyer Agent on our team. Responsibilities Show homes to active buyers throughout the Denver metro area Schedule and coordinate property tours Provide an exceptional experience for buyers during home showings Communicate with clients before, during, and after appointments Keep the lead agent updated on buyer activity, feedback, and next steps Assist with home inspections and final walkthroughs Support open houses and other client-facing appointments as needed Assist with listing-side activities and appointments when needed Learn property values, neighborhoods, contracts, and the overall real estate process Maintain timely communication with clients and team members Follow established team systems, standards, and processes Represent Hudson Stonegate Team professionally in the field Qualifications Active Colorado real estate license required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area Availability for some evening and weekend appointments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and highly responsive Comfortable working directly with clients Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, and real estate systems Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and follow established systems Ability to manage a changing schedule and multiple appointments Previous real estate sales experience is not required We care more about your attitude, reliability, communication skills, and willingness to learn than how many homes you've already sold. This position can be especially well suited for a newer licensed agent who wants more real-world experience and more opportunities to work with actual clients.
