Leasing Associate (Bilingual)

Crescent Crossing our 177-unit residential affordable community in Bridgeport, 160 Church Street, Bridgeport, CT, 06608 Experience that we are looking for: High-volume Leasing experience in an Affordable (LIHTC), or tax credit multi-family community environments Specific experience with Yardi (affordable) property management software systems Bilingual, English/Spanish strongly preferred for this position What we

Responsibilities:

Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks. Create and distribute marketing materials. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills. Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.

Skills & Certifications:

Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills. Strong work ethic and customer focus Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Attention to detail/follow-up technique. Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Problem-solving skills and reliability Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment. Valid Driver's License required.
