Job Description
Leasing Agent (Part-Time / Off-Hours) - Hartford, CT We are seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to support our leasing team during off-hours —including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—in the Hartford area. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on flexibility, enjoys working with people, and is looking to grow in real estate. Responsibilities Conduct property showings during early morning, evening, and weekend hours. Assist prospective tenants with questions, applications, and the leasing process. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with renters and property owners. Handle administrative tasks related to leasing, applications, and tenant communication. Ensure professionalism and compliance with Fair Housing guidelines at all times. Qualifications Real estate or leasing experience preferred (but not required if highly motivated). Must have strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond quickly to leads. Flexible availability outside of regular business hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends). Active CT Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
