Pay:

$21-$23/hr (based on experience) Onsite multifamily communities Immediate start opportunities available What You'll Do Greet and tour prospective residents and follow up to support lease conversions Present the value, features, and lifestyle of the community Guide applicants through leasing, applications, and screening steps Manage and track leads while maintaining strong prospect communication Support renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating the renewal process Assist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed What We're Looking For At least 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience Working knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing best practices Valid government-issued ID Strong communication skills with comfort in phone, email, and face-to-face sales conversations Availability to work weekends or peak touring hours when required Preferred Experience (Not Required) Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, or similar property management systems Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or LIHTC experience Bilingual (Spanish is a strong plus) Note We verify leasing experience and Fair Housing familiarity prior to placement to ensure strong alignment with onsite teams.
