Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective leasing and resident-relations at the assigned properties in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company.Scope of Duties:
The purpose of this job description is to communicate essential duties and responsibilities associated with the position; however, not all duties and responsibilities are specifically addressed herein. This description does not constitute a contract between The Company and the Employee.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee's duties shall be accomplished in consultation with his/her supervisor, and in some cases may require supervisor approval. Duties and responsibilities may be shared with other employees, and may include but are not limited to:- Providing appropriate coverage at the assigned properties
- Adherence to property financial guidelines and budgets
- Providing regular reporting on the leasing/renewal performance at the property
- Operating the assigned properties in accordance with state, federal and local laws
- Operating the assigned properties in a manner that is consistent with Company policy
- Operating the assigned properties in accordance with industry standards and best practices
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and preparing for compliance inspections
- Maintaining the property in a condition that is clean, safe, and professional
- Positioning the property to effectively attract and retain residents
- Maintaining professional communication with co-workers, vendors, and residents
- Administration of resident leases, including rent collection, renewals, and evictions
- Maintaining files and documentation in conformance with Company policy
- Responding to emergencies or incidents at the property
- Any other duties consistent with efficient and effective property operations
- Seeking opportunities for improvement and professional development
