The Opportunity:

• We're looking for a driven, commercially minded professional to take ownership of valuations, win new business, and deliver outstanding client experiences from instruction through to completion.

• Basic Salary:

  £24,000
• £26,000

• OTE:

  £45,000
• £50,000 (UNCAPPED!)

• Conduct professional, persuasive property valuations to win new instructions
• Launch properties to market using creative, bespoke marketing strategies
• Build strong relationships and guide clients through their entire property journey
• Deliver exceptional service from initial enquiry to completion
• Ensure all compliance and documentation meets industry regulations The ideal candidate will:
• Have a proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for property
• Strong communication skills
• a great listener with a positive attitude
• Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach
• Confidence selling both face-to-face and over the phone
• Professional, polished, and proud of the service you deliver
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
