As a key member of the sales team, you will be a vital role in delivering outstanding results by:

• Carrying out accurate property valuations and winning new instructions.
• Negotiating sales from offer through to successful completion.
• Registering buyers and matching them with their ideal homes.
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes to prospective buyers.
• Building trusted relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales journey.
• Managing your pipeline to ensure smooth, successful transactions from start to finish.

The perfect candidate. Will be someone who combines industry knowledge with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping people move home.

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator and/or Property Valuer.
• Strong local knowledge of the property market.
• A proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating successful sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred/essential). On offer.
• £35,000
• £45,000 annual salary
