Job Description
Looking for a career in real estate that doesn't require nights, weekends, prospecting, or selling? We're looking for a licensed Connecticut Realtor who enjoys organization more than sales. Our growing real estate team is searching for someone who loves systems, checklists, and making sure every detail is handled correctly from listing to closing. This is not a sales position. Instead of chasing business, you'll become the operational backbone of one of the area's top-performing real estate teams. You'll help coordinate listings, manage transactions, support agents, communicate with clients, and make sure every file moves smoothly from contract to close. If you're the person who catches mistakes before anyone else notices them, enjoys creating order from chaos, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, we'd love to meet you.
