Job Description

Looking for a career in real estate that doesn't require nights, weekends, prospecting, or selling? We're looking for a licensed Connecticut Realtor who enjoys organization more than sales. Our growing real estate team is searching for someone who loves systems, checklists, and making sure every detail is handled correctly from listing to closing. This is not a sales position. Instead of chasing business, you'll become the operational backbone of one of the area's top-performing real estate teams. You'll help coordinate listings, manage transactions, support agents, communicate with clients, and make sure every file moves smoothly from contract to close. If you're the person who catches mistakes before anyone else notices them, enjoys creating order from chaos, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Listing Management Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) Enter and maintain listings in the MLS Prepare listing documents and addenda Coordinate signs, lockboxes, ShowingTime, and seller information Process price changes and status updates Transaction Management Open and maintain transaction files Monitor all contract deadlines Track inspections, deposits, and mortgage commitments Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and clients Prepare commission paperwork Schedule final walkthroughs and closings Team Operations Prepare contracts and addenda Support agents with documentation Coordinate onboarding for new agents Maintain internal systems and records Help ensure every transaction is completed accurately and on time You may be an excellent fit if you: ✔ Hold an active Connecticut Real Estate License ✔ Love organization and checklists ✔ Can juggle multiple files without losing details ✔ Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions ✔ Communicate professionally with clients and agents ✔ Stay calm under pressure ✔ Learn new software quickly ✔ Want a long-term career supporting a successful real estate team What We Offer $51,300-$76,200 annually, based on experience Monday-Friday schedule Paid Time Off Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for advancement as our company grows Ongoing training and professional development Work alongside experienced agents in a high-performing organization To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief paragraph explaining why this position interests you.
