Role:

As our Luxury Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression of our community, guiding prospective residents through a five-star leasing experience. You'll combine your passion for customer service with a strong eye for design, lifestyle branding, and high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a personalized, white-glove leasing experience for prospective residents Conduct tours and highlight premium finishes, amenities, and the neighborhood lifestyle Build and maintain strong resident relationships through timely, responsive service Maintain accurate leasing and marketing reports Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach and event planning Assist with move-ins, renewals, and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of luxury leasing or high-end hospitality experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated Passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) is a plus Availability to work weekends as needed
