Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Demonstrated history of building and managing insurance sales operations. Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance landscape. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Professional experience in leadership or high-level sales roles. Familiarity with industry-standard agency management software. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach throughout the region. Guide and support a team of agents to reach their professional and production goals. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with our existing network of clients and partners. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth and service improvement. Maintain high standards of ethical practice and regulatory compliance in all interactions. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and industry gatherings to foster local connections.
