The Preserve at Great Pond is seeking a qualified Leasing Professional to join our team in Windsor, CT! The Leasing Professional will be responsible for performing many organizational tasks to help renters find the perfect home that meets their needs.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units Following up on leads for potential renters. Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified. Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations. Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues. Building a rapport with current tenants and prospects to give them personalized service. Keeping an eye on community facilities Resident Relations Listens to all resident requests, complaints, and comments Ensures all work orders are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed service requests Assists in planning and hosting resident functions Assists with enforcing policies and rules of the community Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years in a customer service or sales-oriented role. 6+ months of on-site leasing experience or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education preferred Strong attention to detail Possesses superior sales ability Computer proficiency, including

MS Office:

Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
