Reputable real estate company is hiring a temporary position for apartment leasing agent. We need a great leasing agent to join our team. Have great rental reference and be ready to walk and show units, this may be a mile few times in a day. A successful candidate should be interested in pursuing a career goal of property management. Experience in property management is preferred, but not required. A Strong Sales background is needed.

Candidates must have/be able to:

• Computer literacy (Office, Gmail, web browser, etc.)
• Good communication skills (able to read and write professional style correspondences)

• Ability to work weekends
• Have a working vehicle and able to cover shifts at other properties in the area Certain physical requirements are required to be a successful candidate.

Managers need to conduct daily inspection of the property to ensure curb appeal and understand the current situation of their properties. Managers are responsible for organizing their office, organizing tenant files, and their office supplies. The ability to communicate with tenants, team mates, and supervisors by email and telephone is an essential part of this job. As such all candidates must be able to:

• Able to walk 1 mile with regularity
• Walk on uneven surfaces.
• Climb 6 flights of stairs
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency required.
• Able to communicate with others via email and telephone The ideal candidate should have:
• A college degree
• 1+ years experience working as a property manager or similar experience
• Sales Experience
