The Leasing Consultant will provide administrative support to ensure the property meets its occupancy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deal effectively with people in order to maintain a welcoming environment in the leasing office. Assist to develop a creative and innovative environment to attract new residents.

Including but not limited to:

Maintaining social websites On-site events & networking Implement practices to collect rent and maintain minimal delinquencies Assist prospective residents throughout the application process Computer savvy with software programs such as Microsoft office, Excel and Yardi Voyager a plus Perform administrative tasks as necessary to manage the office Send your resume with a cover letter and hourly salary requirement.
