Real Estate Professional Floridian First Realty Coral Gables, FL Job Details Part-time $30,000 - $50,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Microsoft Word Spanish Microsoft Excel Presentation software English Research High school diploma or GED Office management Appointment scheduling Technical Proficiency Full Job Description We're seeking a trustworthy, motivated, and personable Office Manager/Broker Assistant to support our agents and property management division. Real Estate experience is a plus! Floridian First Realty is an established commercial and residential real estate brokerage and property management company.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for agents. Schedule open houses and property tours; maintain and troubleshoot office systems. Manage CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and MLS updates, and teach agents platforms like Dotloop and FormSimplicity. Ensure compliance with Miami Realtors and NAR rules, guiding agents on contract updates. Assist agents with contracts, addendums, and Canva presentations; oversee Realtor relationships.
Property Management & Financial:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and coordinate repairs with vendors. Oversee rental payments, billing, and invoices; review and create new leases upon expiration. Calculate and issue commission checks and reconcile QuickBooks accounts. Manage cost control to prevent late fees and cancellations; draft escrow letters and payroll reports.
Marketing & Research:
Coordinate with our social media marketer and create/edit email campaigns in Canva and HubSpot. Conduct property research and data analysis, and assist in creating and reviewing documents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Canva and QuickBooks Online a plus.

Strong communicator, organized, and detail oriented with excellent follow through. Tech savvy and a quick learner, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
